![]() So I signed up for the family plan and put each one of them on it (and the plus it has 365 office) and I just set up everyone so all of their media is a OneDrive folders, so pictures, music, videos all changed locations to OneDrive so they are backing up on their own without even doing anything so if I have to come in a fix something or setup a new system I just connect their OneDrive let it download all their personal stuff. In a way, OneDrive works much like Google Drive. My entire family I'm always the person to fix their computer, reinstall Windows or setup their new computer and they all suck at backups, and I would have to transfer their music, pictures, or whatever couple times my sister lost her pictures and such one-time due to hard drive failure. It is a freemium app that connects with many other Office 365 apps, which is further part of the Microsoft 365 suite now. I upgraded to the 1TB for myself, at first then switched to the family plan. If you cannot stand to get rid of the software, move it to a folder that you are not syncing in OneDrive. Why Sometimes the software is updated and you would want the latest version anyway. This is one of those programs you do not need hanging around. I started because of Windows integration and just started keeping things like my music and video library on there to make doing fresh installs easer and at times when I was low on drive space just keeping stuff I wasn't using in the cloud. If / when you need it you can download a fresh copy of the Doctor software.
